An extended Seventeenth Century stone cottage, perched high above the Coniston valley in a beautiful enclosed wooded garden and grounds, with several summerhouses, streams, terraces and quiet places to sit, reflect and enjoy the view.
Situated high above all of Coniston village, Fairsnape Cottage offers unrivalled views from most windows, and particularly from the spacious paved terrace with extends through french doors from the dining kitchen.
The cottage, which is traditionally decorated, has been sympathetically refurbished, has log fires, exposed beams, many original features and gas central heating. Nearby, around 10 minutes walk away, are the village pubs, shops and restaurant.

Parking at the cottage for several cars. The owners respectfully request that people smoke outside the cottage. Pets now welcome in garden & conservatory.
