Jubilant celebrations took place yesterday evening at the 15th annual Cumbria Tourism Awards.

Held to celebrate the county’s diverse tourism industry the awards cumulated in a prestigious black tie awards ceremony.

Whilst both The Coppermines Mountain Wedding Venue and Gate House were nominated finalists in two of the evenings categories, Gate House was awarded a 'Highly Commended' certificate in the Self-Catering Holiday Property of The Year category - a fantastic achievement following just 12 months of holiday lettings.
