Marketing and PR

Here at the Coppermines Lakes Cottages we take a proactive approach to marketing and publicising our unique portfolio of properties. Our dynamic and responsive strategies allow each and every one of our cottages to reach their maximum lettings potential. Our creative and innovative team use both traditional offline and cutting edge online marketing & PR methods to ensure that our portfolio is consistently presented to the right audience at the right time.

The Coppermines Lakes Cottages brand was originally established in 1989 and has over the years developed into a memorable, easily recognisable and reliable brand carrying with it high value brand equity within the Lake District holiday lettings market.

As a long standing & proactive member of Cumbria Tourism we work tirelessly with other successful Lake District businesses to ensure that the Lake District brand is promoted nationally, benefiting all those who live, work and visit this beautiful area.

How we do it…

Brochure

We may be one of the only agencies in the Lake District who are able to design and create their bespoke printed materials and brochure ‘in house’ thanks to our dedicated design & copywriting team. We know from experience that our customers enjoy browsing through our image led brochures which showcase beautiful Lake District locations along with every single property within our portfolio. Our bespoke ‘handbag’ sized brochures are distributed from our office in Coniston and printed bi-annually, ensuring that information publicised is always up to date.

As one of the market leaders our very first website was launched over 20 years ago, putting us at the forefront of Lake District holiday lettings. Over the years our website has developed significantly, moving with the times. We understand that a clean, easily navigable and informative is site is a necessity in helping our agency stand out against the crowd. Something which we have achieved with our latest website launch in February 2017.
