The cottage was perfect. Immaculate, with everything we needed. It is tastefully decorated with a lovely garden. It was ideal for our dog who is less mobile now. A short walk to the village, a good location for visiting other areas. We enjoyed our stay and would rate highly.

We had a wonderful stay at Roseberry Cottage. Extremely clean and brilliantly equipped. It’s not often a cottage is exactly as advertised and so this was a huge bonus. Would definitely book with you again.

An excellent cottage that is very homely. A very high quality cottage that has everything needed for a holiday escape. There is a good size garden that is fully enclosed and dog safe. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms very spacious and very clean. We have had an amazing week here and will be returning in the future. We would also like to thank the owner for the welcome Christmas gift box. That was very much appreciated and it was lovely to come into the property at 5:30pm and be greeted by a lit Christmas tree.

A very impressive property - amongst the very best (may even be THE best) property we've enjoyed a week in. The standards of the decor and the quality of the facilities were first-rate; the attention to detail throughout the cottage was most impressive. We'll certainly endeavour to stay here again in the near future, though I suspect we'll need sharp elbows to find a place in the queue because I've little doubt this will be amongst the most popular of your lets. In short - we loved it.

A big thank you to the member of staff who was working on Sunday 2nd October, who very kindly arranged a later check-out. She was very helpful and very efficient/professional. We can't wait to visit again.

Roseberry cottage has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and provides everything that you would need. It is comfortable and the pictures and ornaments make it feel homely. It is ideally located near to the lake and to all the amenities in the village. There are plenty of walks on the doorstep so we didn't have to always go out in the car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A fantastic cottage very well presented and spotlessly clean when we arrived (e-mail from Coppermines allowed us to get in before the designated time which we thought was a nice touch). We purchased A Days Walk package to try some Lake District produce using the e-mail link from Coppermines. The kitchen was equipped with top quality appliances and had everything you needed to cook with. The cottage is located in a perfect position with access to Coniston Water being a 10 minutes walk down Lake Road, all the shops pubs etc within Coniston is only 5 minutes away, Overall a fantastic holiday in a beautiful cottage and location.

The cottage was superb, very luxurious. It was perfectly located for a quiet break, yet convenient for the local shop. As a keyworker for the NHS this break was very much needed, and although we were apprehensive about going, we felt very safe in the property, which had been cleaned to a high standard. We would definitely return to Roseberry.

What an outstanding cottage, it's recently been refurbished and it is immaculate and very, very clean! The furnishings in the living room and bedrooms are beautiful, the kitchen has been fitted to a very high standard with fantastic Neff appliances and lovely units. Accessories are also of a high quality with Le Creuset pans, dishwasher and washing machine, Bose speaker and a DAB radio. Great TV and DVD . There are also plenty of games and lots of books on the local area. The week was made extra special by the owners as they had provided a Christmas tree which was dressed with lights, they had also dressed the dining table and left us a gift, it made the week extra special and was an amazing surprise. If you have never been to Coniston then you need to go! Roseberry cottage is in an ideal location so what are you waiting for?
