Update, 4th November 2021 

Should the government impose travel restrictions and you are not permitted to travel for your holiday, we will offer to move your booking to a later date at no extra cost, subject to availability and seasonal rates, or provide you with the ability to cancel for a full refund.

Booking Protection

We recommend that all guests take out third party insurance for instances of illness or isolation requirements. Guests can opt to add Booking Protect refund protection to their booking, the cost of which will be quoted at time of booking.

Guest safety 
Our main priority is to keep each and every one of our guests safe. Each of our cottages will be cleaned prior to your arrival to the standard required by the Government guidelines on cleaning in non-healthcare and sector specific settings. We will ensure we are fully compliant with all necessary measures as outlined by Government and Visit Britain. Further details on our cleaning promise can be found here.
