We stayed in Vine Tree in November and it was perfect for 6 adults and 2 dogs. The utility room is great for wet clothes and the dog safe garden and secure parking were excellent. The house is comfortable and warm and the kitchen well equipped. There's a large fridge-freezer which was great as we took lots of home made dinners with us. Highly recommended and we're booking again for next year!

We have just left Vine Tree cottage in Coniston village. What a fab place! The house was large, very well-presented with lovely comfy beds - much needed after our running adventures at the Lakeland 50/100 festival. Super location, just a couple of minutes walk away from the village centre, but still nice and quiet. Coppermines were great agents - emailing us on Friday as soon as the cottage was ready to move in to (a couple of hours earlier than expected!). Highly recommend both the cottage and Coppermines… we are already planning our trip back next year!

The cottage was clean, spacious and well-equipped with the added bonus of off-street parking and being close to all the amenities on offer in Coniston. With great views of the Old Man from the garden. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in at any of the cottages we have stayed in. Will definitely be returning to this cottage.

We stayed at Vine Tree Cottage Coniston, arrival 28th Nov 2022. This is our third time in the cottage, very comfortable, parking at rear v. useful. Says for 1 car, but we had a small car and could have got x2 in. Found your company with internet search for cottage in Coniston. Likely to stay again and use your company again.

Vine Tree is a lovely place to stay in Coniston. The house is just right, comfortable with everything you need. The utility room is great for coming in from walks with wet or muddy gear and a dog. The garden/yard is secure which is great for your car and your dog. It is very well-located in the village. Close to shops and pubs and with a view of the Old Man from the bench in the garden. Felt like home.

Even better and larger than the images online. Immaculately clean and decorated to a high standard. Well equipped - although there was only 3 of us there seemed plenty of everything for a larger party. All very comfortable, especially the mattresses. Great location in the centre of the village.
