Quietly tucked in opposite Church Beck, Willow Tree Cottage is very centrally located but is also nicely secluded. This single storey, 2 bedroom house with hot tub, is ideally situated in the centre of Coniston and just a short walk from the church, local stores, gift shops, cafes and numerous pubs.

Popular valley and mountain walks including the Old Man of Coniston & Tarn Hows can be accessed from the front door and the lake shore is less than a 15 minute stroll away.

In essence Willow Tree is the perfect base for couples or small families looking to explore the local area.

Ground floor
Inside, the hallway leads into the cottage kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave & dishwasher.

In the cosy living room there's two big leather sofas in front of a large slate open fire - fire lit, feet up and relax! There's a TV & DVD player in here & patio doors lead out into the cottage garden.

For sleeping arrangements, there's a contemporary, King Size Four Poster Bedroom: you can even see the fells from the bed! Then there's also a twin room, which can be made as a king-size should you wish. The house bathroom is just off the hall and benefits from bath, shower over and W.C.

Bedroom 1 - king size four-poster bed, with views of the garden & fells.
Bedroom 2 - king size bed (or twin 2'6" single beds).
House bathroom with shower over bath, W.C. and sink.

Outside
A small private garden surrounds the bungalow, complete with garden furniture. Imagine yourself relaxing on the lawn, basking in the sun and soaking in the scenery, or maybe just relaxing in the cottage hot tub.

Utility room with washer/dryer & freezer. This is also a lockable space so great for storing bikes and other outdoor gear.
