We’ve got some totally egg-cellent Easter offers – perfect for a family break away.

That’s not all there are heaps of Easter events taking place throughout the area too…

There’s a whole host of Cadbury Easter Egg hunts taking place over Easter weekend. Hunt for yummy treats at Beatrix Potter’s Hill Top, Wray Castle and even aboard the Steam Yacht Gondola on Coniston Water.

Come weave your way through glorious gardens, wander through woodland, and stroll lazily along the lakeshore… however you choose to take up your egg-sploring mission, it’s guaranteed to be fun for all the family. Plus when you complete the hunt, you might even win a tasty Cadbury chocolate rabbit treat!

Cadbury Easter Hunts

To add to the egg-citement the 10th annual Where is Peter Rabbit? Treasure Trail (Peter Rabbit Egg Hunt) takes place from 10am on Wednesday 4th April. This action packed ‘digital’ egg hunt takes participants across the length and breadth of the Lake District searching for 100 beautiful ceramic eggs. Hidden in top secret locations treasure hunters must solve cryptic clues to be in with a chance of winning some of the fantastic prizes.

Peter Rabbit Treasure Trail

The story goes, Once upon a time there were four little Rabbits, and their names were Flopsy, Mopsy, Cotton-tail and Peter….

On the 16th March the NEW Sony ‘Peter Rabbit Movie’ will be released in cinemas across the country, why not take in this new adaptation during your visit to the Lake District? With Zefferellis Cinema in Ambleside or the Royalty Cinema in Bowness both showing the family film all you really need to decide is whether to order sweet or salty popcorn.
