Returning customer so knew what to expect. The property is in a great location and perfect for my needs. Driveway parking a huge help and the property has remained well-equipped and maintained. I was able to enjoy the garden this year too with sun instead of rain!

Fantastic cottage in a great location with plenty of off road parking, and a lovely garden. Very well equipped, and all appliances are of a very high standard. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are lovely equipped with a great shower. I would definitely book Spingbank again, and have no hesitation in recommending to others. A 10 out of 10 for us.

Just returned from a fabulous week in The Lakes, which was made all the more enjoyable by our stay at 1 Springbank in Coniston. I needn’t have packed so much as it was all there in the cottage. I’ve used The Coppermines for over 10 years and never ever in those years had any reason to complain or contact during any of my stays. The cottage was immaculate, furnished to a very high standard, beds were sumptuous and very comfortable , our en-suites were divine and spacious. The kitchen and utility were fitted with high end appliances that made cooking and cleaning a doddle, the little cupboard in lounge was stuffed with games, books and maps and itinerary’s for all ages to enjoy. Can’t wait to return. Thank you Coppermines .

Simply outstanding, from furnishings to the comfortable beds and beautiful garden. Springbank offered us a retreat to thoroughly relax and enjoy our week. We will definitely be rebooking as soon as we can all agree on our next dates. Seriously, whoever designed and fitted out this cottage got it 1000% right. Everything you need or hadn't thought you'd need has been catered for, right down to the very last detail.

On arrival the property was ready early and sparkly clean, the sofas and beds were really comfortable and the bed linen was of a good quality. The bathrooms and showers were a touch of luxury. The location was perfect, with less than a 5-minute walk to pubs or shops. The garage does fresh fruit and Pastries, and is a mini supermarket. There were many walks direct from your door, both up fells or several fairly level walks. I would happily return. I found the Coppermines booking process very easy and was impressed with the flow of information.
