COVID 19 Update

We are no longer taking new bookings with an arrival date of 4th July or earlier. Any guest with an existing booking who is unsure whether their booking will be able to go ahead due to Government imposed restrictions should contact us directly.

Book with confidence
We understand that the current outbreak has caused a huge amount of uncertainity for all our guests. Any guest who places a new a booking from 19th June onwards for July or August 2020 which is unable to go ahead due to Government imposed restrictions, will be offered the opportunity to either defer their booking to a later date or receive a refund in full.

Guests with existing bookings
If you have a query relating to an existing booking then please contact us via email at info@coppermines.co.uk or via telephone during normal office hours on 015394 41765

Any guest with a booking with a June arrival date who wishes to transfer their booking to a later date may do so. If you have a booking and are due to arrive in June and wish to defer your booking then please check availability of your cottage online email us at info@coppermines.co.uk quoting your booking reference and alternative dates. We will then move your booking for you and send an email confirming your new arrival date. We are not charging any administration fees for moving bookings.

Guest safety
Our main priorty is to keep each and every one of our guests safe. Each of our cottages will be cleaned prior to your arrival to the standard required by the Government guidelines on cleaning in non-healthcare and sector specific settings. We will ensure we are fully compliant with all necessary measures as outlined by Government and Visit Britain. Further details on our cleaning promise can be found here.
