We understand that the current outbreak has caused a huge amount of uncertainity for all our guests. Any guest who places a new a booking from 19th June onwards for July, August, September, October , November and December 2020 which is unable to go ahead due to Government imposed restrictions on travel, will be offered the opportunity to either defer their booking to a later date or receive a refund in full.

Guest safety
Our main priorty is to keep each and every one of our guests safe. Each of our cottages will be cleaned prior to your arrival to the standard required by the Government guidelines on cleaning in non-healthcare and sector specific settings. We will ensure we are fully compliant with all necessary measures as outlined by Government and Visit Britain. Further details on our cleaning promise can be found here.

Bookings for 7 guests or more

The latest Government announcement places restrictions on social gatherings of 7 people or more from different households in England. Any guest with an upcoming booking for 7 people or more must be for individuals within the same household.
If you have a booking for more than 7 guests and these guests are from different households please contact us to discuss your options. It may be possible to defer your booking to later date, or, in some cases, change your booking to 2 or more smaller properties.
If you believe you are due a refund due to Government restrictions please contact us. Please note that due to the ever-changing situation, refunds cannot be given more than 1 week in advance of your scheduled arrival date.
