Lake District Yoga Holidays: Why Coppermines Valley is perfect for hosting your next yoga retreat

Are you a yoga instructor looking to host a yoga retreat with a difference? Do you specialise in meditation or well-being and are looking for a unique venue to host a meditation or wellness weekend?

At the Coppermines Mountain Cottages your yoga or meditation clients would have the opportunity to reconnect with themselves by reconnecting with nature in a spectacular setting setting like no other.

The Coppermines Mountain Cottages offer self-catering accommodation amongst the Lake District mountains for up to 22 guests. And our on-site Copper Barn is perfect for offering group yoga classes, meditation sessions or mindfulness coaching.

As well as wilderness yoga holidays and wellbeing retreats, we are also ideally located for energising activity weekends with canyoning, ghyll-scrambling, hiking, climbing and other outdoor adventures all available right on the doorstep – with no need to transport your clients off-site.

Our crystal-clear mountain pools beneath the thundering Coppermines Waterfalls offer a breath-taking location for cold water therapy. Your clients can recharge and energise or they can relax and meditate, all within in the astonishing landscape of the Lake District National Park.

The Coppermines Mountain Venue offers the ultimate in relaxation or adventure within the Cumbrian wilderness. But there’s no need for camping – or even glamping. Our 4 Mountain Cottages can fully and flexibly interconnect, providing a total of 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. They also feature rustic beams, log fires, fully equipped kitchens, communal spaces and complimentary Starlink wifi. Furthermore, each of the 4 cottages comes with its own hot tub – so your clients will have use of 4 exclusive hot tubs during their retreat – where they can relax, rejuvenate and soak up the magnificent mountain scenery.

All of our bedrooms can be made up with single beds, ideal for solo guests, and each room comes with its own bath or shower room.

And if you need additional accommodation beyond the 22 guests which can be comfortably accommodated within the Mountain Venue, then we have 3 additional cottages just 500 yards (or 450 metres) away. Each cottage is available to book separately, and sleeps 4, 3 and 2 guests respectively –  a total of 9 further guests between them.

And with around 50 further cottages located just 1.5 miles away in Coniston village, the sky’s the limit in terms of client accommodation.

If you’re interested in holding your yoga retreat or other exclusive well-being event at our Mountain Venue, then please contact us at info@coppermines.co.uk for further details, prices and availability.
